Learn how children feel all of our emotions, especially the kinds we don't want to feel and hope no one knows about.. but yet, our children seem to trigger these feelings, in sometimes the hardest of ways.

Perhaps the ones like, fear, anger, sadness, unsafety, worry, concern that everything isn't safe, not wanting to be judged, the list goes on..

We've all heard the term "children are our biggest teachers" , so what could our children ACTUALLY be teaching us? What could their behaviours be showing us? And, what can we really do it about it?

Can we also reflect on our own childhood and see where we may have been feeling and reflecting our own parents behaviours? Can we take off the blame and judgement, see it as simply feelings and bring ourselves to be comfortable with feeling the uncomfortable, in order to move it through and have it not play out in relationship with our own children?

What can we do when we are feeling something we don't want to feel and we have our children present?

What are we trying to understand?

Can we honestly live in pure joy and relaxation with our children, or does it always have to be a struggle?
